Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your item. This is the standard legal withdrawal period in the European Union.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with all original packaging and labels included. You must also provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items

Non-returnable items

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
