Scope

These terms apply to all sales of E-Nova products made through our online store. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Products

Products are described on our website with specifications and images for reference purposes only. Slight variations may occur between images and actual products. Stock is limited and products may become unavailable. Customers will be notified in case of stock shortage.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are added at checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Prices applicable at the time of order confirmation are final.

Orders

Orders are placed through our online store. Order confirmation is subject to payment validation. E-Nova reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons.

Payment

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. Full payment is required before shipment.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from receipt to return products in unused condition and original packaging for a full refund.

E-Nova is not liable for indirect damages related to products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
