Processing time
All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery time
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

A tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
You can track your package on the carrier’s website or from your eNova customer account.

Incorrect delivery address
Please make sure your information is correct before confirming the order.
If there is an error, eNova cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.
A returned package can be shipped again, but the reshipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving it and include photos of the package and the product.
We will provide a quick solution such as a replacement or a refund.
